This PERSONAL FITNESS TRAINER SPECIALIST course has 3 different levels which will provide you with an understanding of the Physiology of exercise, The physiology of muscle force, Weight training, Adaptation to training, Alternative technologies to the doping, nutrition in a personalized training schedule and how the human nutrient requirements. The course also provides an overview of the physiological and kinesiological aspects related to sports performance and more specifically to weight training. Some of the topics covered are: Training Cycles, Practical Training Principles, Cardiovascular Training, and Sports Marketing
